In addition, Community offers 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court, walking/bike trails and much more including many community activities. All the homes are non smoking, and one small dog in certain homes will be considered, with deposit. In addition, all homes have fully equipped kithens, linens, and furnished patios. Referred homeowner 6-12 month leases, require security deposit, application and credit report. Nightly and Weekly rates are based on maximum 4 adults, Occupancy: 2 Adults maximum per bedroom(ie; 2 bedroom home = 4 adults maximum) additional adults are $15.00 per night, per person and one child (with parental supervision) 6 to 12yrs, are free.
