HOMESHARE CIVANO

a reservation caretaker service located in SE Tucson. Vacation lodging, short term home rentals and annual lease information available. We faciliate leases for owners, you benefit, owners benefit! In addition, Community offers 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court, walking/bike trails and much more including many community activities. All the homes are non smoking, and one small dog per home will be considered, with deposit. In addition, all homes have fully equipped kithens, linens, and furnished patios. Long term leases require security deposit, application and credit report. Nightly and Weekly rates are based on two guests, Occupancy: 2 Adults maximum per bedroom(ie; 2 bedroom home = 4 adults maximum) additional adults are $15.00 per night, and one child (with parental supervision) under 12, are free.

Civano Residents! Do you want to leave your home and still have it well cared for? Call us, we'll help! We offer a great Caretaker service, and your home will receive pristine care, We have references and only work in Civano! In addition, we can try to facilitate a rental for your home with qualified Tenant/Guests. You execute all lease documents to rent your home. We teach you how, and the caretaker service is still in effect. Your tenants are well taken care of and so are you! Of course we can offer no guarantees your home will rent, but call us we'll discuss your options.
Three years now, and our success rate in 2008: 6 of 8 rentals have leases written from six months to two years! We like those numbers!

and Living room sleeper/sofa for two, comfortably accommodates couples or a small family, Kitchenette includes, Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, electric skillet and small refrigerator. Bring your groceries!

Casita Nightly rates include a self serve continental breakfast. Rates: (Nightly stays require a two nite minimum reservation)

This beautifully furnished casita includes a queen bed, sitting area with Cable TV and high speed internet, dining space, kitchenette, full closet and bathroom with tub/shower. AC/utilities included. Nightly rates include a "do it yourself" continental breakfast.

Please read our policy for refunds before making your deposit:

Refund Policy In the event of a cancellation, 100% refunds are available up to 45 days before date of reservation. Within 45 days of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. Please Note: Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account)

All rates subject to change, guaranteed arrival dates and rates confirmed with a minimum 1/2 deposit or one month deposit for multiple month reservations.
